 Golden Web is an enchanted, organic farm blessed with an ancient and sacred well over 1200 years old in Portugal's serene and still authentic Eastern Algarve. Immerse yourself in rejuvenating experiences like farm-to-table dining, yoga, and transformative treatments, creating lasting connections within our conscious community. Just minutes away, discover the tranquility of a pristine white-sand beach and the charm of a traditional Portuguese fishing village, surrounded by the stunning eco-reserve of Ria Formosa.

Stays

We recognise the unity between ourselves and our environment and are home to many animals, both wild and domesticated. Amongst the permanent residents are a family of storks, hidden chameleons, an owl, and Momo, the dog. You may be lucky and arrive in time for the birth of new baby storks!

So much inspiration!

I joined the retreat because I wanted to break out of my creativity-phobic everyday life in order to find inspiration and make as much progress as possible with my novel draft. 

At the Golden Web retreat, I found the ideal conditions for this. Not only was I able to concentrate fully on writing, but I also met wonderful people and was able to explore the unique area.

I don't consider myself a particularly spiritual person, but I learned a lot about myself through the supporting program. It really enriched me and I often think back to it with pleasure (also to Sushi the cuddly retreat cat, who has a special place in my heart).

SALT FLATS TOUR

LEISURE ACTIVITIES

We offer yoga in our outdoor and our indoor studios. Contact us to sign up for a class. Walk-ins welcome if there is space.

NATURE WALK OR BIKE RIDE

We are located at the edge of an extensive seaside nature reserve where the paths are for pedestrians or bikes only.

FUSETA BEACH

We are a five-minute bike ride from beautiful calm Fuseta Beach where you can swim, have a drink at the beach bar restaurant.

GUEST REVIEW

We spent ten days at the farm and had such a wonderful time! It is just a magical and lovely place. Everything was super clean and cozy. We directly felt at home! The farm is e.g. just a ten minute bike ride to the beach of Fuseta (which isn’t too touristy yet). I recommend taking the ferry to Fuseta island or to go to Tavira or Cacela Velha for a day trip (best is to take a car or an Uber for that). 
 

Anna and Miguel were the perfect hosts, always available and helpful when needed. We also could take part in some of the weekly Yoga sessions! If you don’t have a car, I recommend to rent bicycles to discover the area around (however, you have to be prepared for adventurous rides, as the bicycle paths, e.g. to Olhão, aren’t the best).
